She has degrees in Biology, from Wrocław University (Breslavia - 2000), and in Musical Education and Vocality from the Karol Lipiński Music Academy in Wrocław (2004 and 2005).

In 2006 she completed her post-graduate studies in Choral Conducting, at the Bydgoszcz Music Academy, and in 2014 in Vocality, at the University of Economics in  Krakow. 

In 1999 she founded the Children’s Choir "Con Amore" di Wrocław and was concurrently the conductor of the choir of the Wrocław University of Technology. 

In 2000 she founded the Academy of Medicine Chamber Choir (now Coro Cantantes Medici of the Wrocław University of Medicine) with whom she won numerous prizes and honourable mentions in national and international choral competitions, up until 2014. 

She has been the artistic director of the “NFM Choir” since 2006 (previously known as the Wrocław Philharmonic choir).

From January to July 2013 she was artistic supervisor of the Polish Radiophonic Choir, and made a considerable contribution to reintroducing the ensemble to the Polish musical landscape. 

In 2013 she established the Polish National Youth Choir, which she has been conducting since its inception, and since January 2015 she has been the director of the Choral Academy programme. 

She is currently Professor (PhD in Arts) at the Department of Musical Education, Choral Arts and Sacred Music at the Karol Lipiński Music Academy in Wrocław, where she teaches Choral Conducting and conducts the Stanisław Krukowski Choir.

In 2016, she was the music curator for the celebrations which saw Wrocław as the European Culture Capital for that year.

She is credited with numerous individual acknowledgements and has made many recordings. 

As well as a tour of the United States of America, Israel and Brazil, she has performed in 19 European countries.  She has conducted over 1000 choral works and over 250 vocal-instrumental works. 

Agnieszka is well-known for her great musical sensitivity and for her energy, which she shares with the many choirs she has worked with, in a never-ending search for greater artistic quality and the formation of new young conductors and music teachers.
