Silvana Noschese is a sociologist, musician, music therapist, choir conductor, and expert in psycophony, who also teaches History of Music at the Alfano I Musical high school in Salerno.
She organises “Singing in Harmony” groups, Prenatal and Family singing, and teaches courses about non-verbal language, “Public speaking” and “Good Communication” as well as Music Therapy.
She has followed courses in communications, on working as a team, and on group and conflict management, and has written texts and articles on these issues. One of her greatest passions is helping people of all ages to discover and to experiment with the “senses” of the voice and singing.
She is Artistic Director of the Association "Estro Armonico” and also conducts the mixed and youth choir “Il Calicanto” with whom she has participated in choral competitions, festivals and exhibitions both in Italy and abroad, receiving recognition and success. She also conducts the children’s choir at the G. Verdi Theatre in Salerno.
She is a member of the Artistic Committee for the A.R.C.C, and the National Italian Federation of Regional Choral Associations (Fe.N.I.A.R.Co.), and currently artistic director for several choral reviews (Il canta giovani, Cori in Coro).
Her goal is to promote, coordinate and direct educational events linked to sound, the voice, singing and listening, with the aim of stimulating both personal growth and communicative awareness.
